10 Common Traits of a Healthy Person

These are 10 common traits to those who are healthy and fit -

1. Never eats fast foods or has soft drinks.

2. Always has a good supply of fruits and vegetables each day.

3. Eats only healthy sources of carbohydrates - fruits, sweet potatoes, etc.

4. Eat lean protein sources - fish, skim milk, beans.

Also, there are many weight loss plans out there, but the one that most people agree is the best is a weight loss diet plan, Dr Oz diet approved diet plan. If you have used a plan endorsed by doctors such as Dr Oz, then you know it's a weight loss plan that is healthy, and if followed will lead to a permanent healthy and fit lifestyle! When I have fresh fruits and vegetables in my diet plan, I know I'm going to be healthy, but sometimes we just don't get enough. And one sure way to add more nutrition to your diet

5. Eats the usual healthy something a few times a day, rather than 3 squares a day.

6. Snacks on fruits in the afternoon to keep metabolism high.

7. Never worried about weight, only about health and healthy actions.

8. Lives with the mantra that a healthy diet permeates every area of life.

9. Makes a habit of regular exercise - cardio and muscle toning.

10. View exercise as a fun, enjoyable activity because it is!

It goes without saying that the person who is lucky is one who is prepared - preparation meeting opportunity=luck. Prepare yourself with a healthy and fit body - a life full of healthy actions. Great list! I particularly like #7- not worrying about weight, just healthy actions. Thinking about what you eat and do is so important. Take a 5 minute walk when stressed or let yourself get more worked up? Grab a water or something like a Vitamin Water that is loaded with sugar? Snack on cookies or fruit or nuts when you need a mid-afternoon munchie fix? These little choices add up and make such an impact!
