Antioxidants - #1 Support for Health
Antioxidants are what "it" is all about when it comes to supporting good health, at least on the positive side. Bottom line: Health is all about getting enough antioxidants in your diet each and every day. Secondly, of course is avoiding the things that cause an increase in free radicals (what antioxidants will fight!) such as any form of pollutants (tobacco, dirty air, unclean water), grilled or overcooked food (contribute carcinogens), and so many other foods that are available that put stress (translation: more free radicals) on the body. Even laughter and a positive mental attitude help reduce stress and the formation of free radicals in the body. So be sure you get enough fruits and vegetables in your diet, and a variety of sources is best in order to help cover the thousands of nutrients that will help support your good health.
