Motivation for 500 Pound Weight Loss Diet - Marriage
I guess no matter what the category, there is going to be coverage on the subject if it is 'Gusiness Book' worthy. The world's heaviest living man may not be anymore since his diet has helped him lose some weight... about three people's worth of weight! After a 500 pound weight loss Manuel Uribe is getting married. Good for him, on both accounts. According to FoxNews.com --
Uribe said he would wed Claudia Solis on Oct. 26 in Monterrey, Mexico. The two, who met in 2004, will marry in a civil ceremony at a location yet to be decided. Uribe is unable to leave his bed and any outing involves hoisting it onto the back of a truck. The marriage comes about two years after the 43-year-old went on a massive diet to shed 700 pounds as of June — 550 pounds less than his former Guinness record weight of 1,235 pounds. He has not said what his current weight is. Uribe said he would have a bite of wedding cake for photos but wouldn't eat any more because he's still on a diet. (Story...)
While his weight loss is a good thing, in my opinion it may not be the kind of story to inspire you to diet and lose weight if you need to. It may be the story that will scare you straight though!... Straight to the gym, 'do not pass Go' - no bakery, soda, sweets, etc.
It is hard to believe that a human being could manage to grow to that size before doing something about it. Certainly, there are a lot of factors in play here - from the environment to genetics to some mental anguish. Compassion and empathy are needed to grasp this situation.

A number of myths are associated with various processes to lose weight. But despite that the fact remains the same that loosing weight is not at all a complicated or mysterious process. Weight loss is not at all a hard nut to grind as many people think it to be. Weight loss need not necessarily imply that you have to do vigorous workouts or diet very hard till the time you lose weight. Seems like your diet, the Vice Busting diet is the way to go
